AffiREC® Influenza A [A/swine/Shandong/1207/2016 (H1N1) ] Hemagglutinin (HA), His-Tag

Overview:

Influenza A haemagglutinin protein (ectodomain) expressed in HEK293 cells and purified from culture supernatant by immobilised metal affinity chromatography and buffer exchange. The protein contains a C-terminal His-tag. This virus strain is commonly called G4 reassortant, and contains genes from the 2009 influenza pandemic strain, and bird and pig influenza virus strains. There is evidence that this strain replaced other influenza viruses circulating in pigs in Chinese swine works, and a danger that this strain will become pandemic.
